咨询标题：transfer patient to Tiantan
病情描述(发病时间、主要症状、就诊医院等)：
Dear Sir, My brother had a brain bleeding and now is in a coma, the hospital he is in is in Qinghai Xining, and they cannot do the opeartion he needed, can we transfer him to Tiantan to have a life saving operation please. You help will be gratelu appreciated. Thank you.

How about the symptom?If it is very serious, it had be better stay at original hospital for the risk transfer.

Thank you for your reply.
He had brain aneurysms a few days ago, and improved and he can sit up and walk around. But yesterday he suddenly bled again and the second bleeding is much more serious. The doctor drilled two holes on his skull to drain the blood and he seems to be in a coma after the operation.
The doctor in the hospital cannot offer any further operation due to their capability. Do you think he needs to have clipping or coil to get rid of the faulty blood vessel?
My brother is very sick, do you think he needs further life-saving surgery.
I am sorry to use English as L live in the UK and I cannot type Chinese easily.
