Neuropsychiatry and Clinical Psychology & Sleep Center is the first cross-border comprehensive discipline in China that integrates neurology-psychiatry-psychology-sleep medicine, and is the first professional medical team in China to introduce advanced foreign concepts to carry out a series of diagnostic and treatment programs based on the concept of brain science.
The interdisciplinary team of doctors, led by Prof. Chunxue Wang, has rich clinical experience in cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's, epilepsy or other neurological disorders accompanied by psychiatric, psychological, emotional, cognitive, and sleep disorders. The team absorbs national and international advanced knowledge in chronic headache management, sleep medicine, women's mental and physical health, and sports medicine. Based on medication, the team provides non-pharmacological treatments such as transcranial magnetic stimulation, biofeedback, meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, and exercise therapy. The team provides patients with chronic neurological disorders and physical and mental illnesses with a systematic, humanized, and scientific platform for health management.
At present, the scope of the outpatient includes depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, various neurological disorders, cerebrovascular disease, or other neurological disorders associated with mood, emotional, mental, cognitive, behavioral, and sleep disorders, including for unexplained low mood, anxiety, excitability, insomnia, and forgetfulness, obsessive-compulsive symptoms and so on. Outpatient clinics: Includes Sleep Specialized Clinic, Depression Specialized Clinic, Anxiety Specialized Clinic, Psychological Counseling Clinic, Women's Mental Health Clinic, and various interdisciplinary physical and mental disease clinics. Examinations and treatments offered: including initial screening for sleep monitoring, polysomnography, psychological scale measurement, stress analysis, eye movement monitoring, transcranial magnetic stimulation, biofeedback therapy, psychotherapy, group therapy, sand tray therapy, art therapy, exercise therapy, horticultural therapy, and so on.
